Dr. Mina Khela comes from a family of dentists and has a strong passion for dentistry. His goals are to have his patients leave their appointment feeling confident and to share a lovely new smile amongst their friends and loved ones. Dr. Mina has extensive training in many aspects of dentistry including oral surgery, orthodontics, implantology, dental sleep medicine, oral health and prosthodontics. His constant drive to further his education and skills brings peace of mind knowing you are getting the highest in quality of care. On a personal level, Dr. Mina is a massive foodie and loves to hunt down a juicy burger or steak. He enjoys going to the gym and playing table tennis, sourcing out a good book to listen to on Audible and keeping active outdoors with friends. Dr. Mina is truly passionate about dentistry and patient care and that is why he created Dentists In Annerley; to create a comfortable dental experience for you.

Dr. Sophie Yao
Dr Sophie Yao is a gentle and down to earth dentist who strives to make her patients feel at ease. She understands that dental anxiety does occur and endeavours to make the patient feel most comfortable. Sophie takes time listening to her patients needs and works with them to establish their goals. Sophie’s kind and patient nature as well as her love for children makes her great with the kids. In her down-time, Sophie likes to learn from her colleagues and mentors to keep improving her skills as well as continuing professional development courses including Dental Sleep Medicine and Ripe Global’s Restoring Excellence. Dr. Sophie is a big foodie too, (a trend that seems to spread throughout the whole team) and she loves making a good steak and mixing up a cocktail which is usually her favourite gin and tonic.

Dr. Eszter Lujber
Dr Eszter is a caring and compassionate dentist who recently emigrated to Australia from Ireland.
She earned her dentistry degree with first-class honours from Dublin, receiving accolades in orthodontics and paediatric dentistry. Since then, she has pursued extensive training in veneers, crowns, composite bonding, and clear aligners. Passionate about educating her peers, she currently serves as a supervisor at the School of Dentistry at the University of Queensland.
Dr Eszter has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, nothing is more fulfilling for her than giving you that perfect, healthy smile!
Originally from Hungary, Dr Eszti grew up in countries all over the world, including Ireland, England, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates. Her multicultural upbringing has given her an open mind and a passion for travel.
In her spare time she loves to relax with a good book, go hiking, or exploring the Brisbane food scene.

Peter Wassef
Peter is the teams dental prosthetist. He has special interests in all forms of dentures, from simple single tooth removable dentures, to full immediate dentures and implant overdentures. Peter is skilled in incorporating digital dentistry to make for a more comfortable visit.
Peter has a strong passion for making patients happy. He focuses his skillset on producing prosthesis’ which replicate the aesthetics and functionality of a real smile.
Peter loves to continuously be upto date with the latest in his field and he endevours to continue his learning and is apart of the Queensland dental prosthetics study club
Peter is very social and loves trying strange and exotic foods and enjoys reading a good book or a game of table tennis.
